Phd are pleased to have secured a 110 unit development for Stonebond situated adjacent to the M11 corridor and a stones throw from Stansted airport.
The site consisting of gas boiler and air source heat pumps has been in build since March 2023 for Phd.
Unit range in tenure and size from coach houses to larger luxury properties.
Again Vaillant air source heat pumps , one of the market leaders in this technology have been chosen.
Works are expected to continue into late 2024.
