Phd have secured a further phase of a development in Cambourne, Cambridgeshire.
Three hundred and Forty Two homes have been secured to provide mechanical services to by Phd. We are now working on Phase 1 (BDW2) and this further phase (BDW4).
Work is underway with completion due end of 2026 / 2027.
Phd will be supplying and installing boosted water services along with dry risers to various blocks of apartments.
The site will have installed a mixture of gas boilers and air source heat pumps to properties.
