McGrath Road – Mulalley
A bespoke development situated within E15, London of integrated houses for Mulalley. Internal works are due for completion by Phd end 2018. Our remit was to provide full heating and plumbing with water supplied from an underground large boosted water stored tank duly pumped to each unit. Ventilation, partial underfloor heating along with independent sprinkler systems to each unit were also provided by ourselves. Properties make use of solar roof top panels complimented by boilers and unvented hot water systems.
