An exclusive development of 9 luxury house in the heart of Chiswick, West London . Multi storey properties with the highest specification of fittings as can be seen within the gallery of this case study. Our remit was to design and install plumbing , heating and ventilation for these multi wet roomed properties. Our design consultant has introduced 500 litre unvented hot water cylinders with semi commercial Vaillant boilers. Water supplies to each unit are via independent stored water supplies housed neatly within each property pumping to the dwelling. These units are true luxury with the expectation a multi million pound property commands.
