Taylor Wimpey – Gilden Way, Harlow
Phase 1:
PHD is pleased to have been appointed for all mechanical works on the first phase of Taylor Wimpey’s multi-developer site at Gilden Way, Harlow, Essex. Taylor Wimpey, Barrett Homes and Persimmon have proceeded with works on a circa 700 unit development to include residential, associated community building, commercial units and open space and facilities project on the East Edge of Harlow adjacent to the M11 link road circa 20 miles North, North East of London.
Phase 2:
PHD is proud to have been appointed for a further phase of 213 units at this development in Harlow and work is still continuing in 2022.
