From a promising start to 2020 the unexpected events of the year saw most developers in the new build construction sector close for a period of circa one month, March / April. Phd took this opportunity to ensure funding, labour and materials for existing projects were proactively scheduled.
Phd consider themselves fortunate to be part of a thriving sector at this time due to the incentives put in place by the government.
All of our customers have not only continued at a fast pace on existing sites but have also broken ground on many new developments which we are pleased to be a part of / negotiating at this time.
During this uncertain period Phd secured a further three projects which are currently under construction.
It is hoped the announcements of 09-11-20 are a start on a road to recovery for all industry sectors.
